In this session Gary looks at nutrition as a cornerstone to resiliency.
Should an athlete use supplements? If so, what? Unless you are reading your body accurately indiscriminate supplementation could be completely contrary to what your body is needing. Supplements as chemical isolates or even food types can be one person's medicine and another’s poison. Gary believes that key supplementary elements are essential for the modern athlete to maintain training resiliency. Find out how to recognize types of stress patterns in athlete types, whether you are a fast or slow metabolizer, and what guidelines to follow for identifying specific needs for your body.
