Why do we age and how do we age? A look at aging theories and exercise, with practical and expert advice for masters/veteran athletes on training strategies, type and duration, maintenance and compensations, in order to retain (or regain) our joints, elasticity, and VO2 max into our later years.
Most of what we consider to be the uncontrolled decrements of getting "old", such as fatigue and chronic disease, are, in fact, very controllable by better attention to factors such as nutrition, exposure to toxins and stress management.
