Avoiding injury and illness means increasing your Goldilocks training zone so that you have bounce back after a workout (resilience). Gary looks at how to build resilience practices into your training, how to dig yourself out of the training hole quickly, and how to come back if you have dug yourself into hole so deep that you have had to take long periods of time away from training - even to the point where you may have given up your goals.
