Dr. Keith Livingstone joins Australian over-55 marathon record holder, Johnny Meagher, in this 2-hour session on the science and practice of optimizing ketosis through diet and exercise to maximize endurance performance. Guidelines for who will most benefit from this practice, how to safely negotiating the territory of implementing a carbohydrate restricted diet without losing energy or speed, and how to stay in one’s Goldilocks zone, will be given.
